Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Stoov

  Place the product back in its original packaging, ensuring all heating elements, batteries, and charging cables are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to the box, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
